Here at The Snack Schack, Australia Post is our preferred postal service provider.

Your order will be sent using the Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ network, which covers all of Australia.  Parcel Post satchels include tracking information for your safety and convenience.  More information, including estimated delivery times, can be found  here https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/parcel-post.

There are no delivery charges for orders over the value of $99.00. A flat rate of $10.00 will be automatically applied to your cart upon checkout if your order total falls under this amount. All our snack food products have excellent best before dates, so order a few extra goodies to qualify for free postage.

Once payment is received, orders will be posted within 48 hours (excluding public holidays). The Snack Schack is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or delayed in the mail. All mail is subject to Australia Post timings and terms and conditions.

We are not currently set up to accept orders outside of Australia.
