The Snack Schack endorses each and every one of our snack lines. Products are meticulously inspected before they are shipped from our warehouse via Australia Post Parcel Post Service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. We equally love to hear from customers who love our products, so contact us anytime. Please send a detailed e-mail expressing your experience to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus our actual shipping costs (if the order was shipped) on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of original date of order. Please note that fees charged by our online payment gateways will also be deducted from the order amount prior to issuing refunds.
Australia Post Parcel Post services come with up to $100 compensation for genuine damage or loss. In cases where compensation may be payable, Australia Post generally pay compensation to:
- the sender, for domestic items that are not received (lost)
- the recipient, for items sent domestically and received with damaged or missing contents.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
Snackschack.com.au will refund you for the purchase price of the product minus original postage costs and payment gateway fees, upon receipt of the unopened, re-sellable product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used when the item was purchased. Please allow 7 working days after we receive the approved returned items to issue the refund.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect orders immediately upon receipt. If your package appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to provide photographs of any damage. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved with Australia Post.
What if my parcel is lost or stolen?
Snackschack.com.au is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at time of ordering. All our orders are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post and include a tracking service.
What if I accidentally provided Snackschack.com.au with the wrong shipping address?
If for some reason you provided Snackschack.com.au with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse, you are then responsible for postage costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.
Return Product Shipping –To return your item(s), you need to contact us in the first instance. You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a reputable tracking service for peace of mind returns.
